About Bowl For Kids Sake: Bowl For Kids Sake is Big Brothers and Big Sisters largest and most popular fundraising event where people get together with friends, family, and co-workers and have a fun time bowling. Proceeds directly support our programs to successfully match children with carefully-screened, caring adult volunteers who become mentors Big Sisters and Big Brothers. These matches often last several years. This event is sponsored nationally by AIM Trimark Investments.
About Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto: Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto is widely regarded as Canadas best known and most successful mentoring organization. Our mission is to match and monitor volunteers who serve as friends and positive influences to children and youth living in the city of Toronto. Established in 1913, BBBST helps children between the ages of six and 18 years of age become caring adults by matching children with a mentor who provides friendship and positive support. Our focus is to be preventative by reaching children at a pivotal point in their lives when the impact of a mentor can change the course of their future.
